I didn’t build RLK to be just another consulting firm. I built it because I’ve lived the gap mid-sized companies feel: too complex for generic coaching, too lean for big-firm consulting, and too ambitious to settle for slowing down.

For nearly two decades, I worked at places like McKinsey and Deloitte guiding Fortune 50 clients through transformations that moved billions. But I also saw what happens when smaller, hungry companies hit their ceiling: leadership stretched thin, teams stalling, big decisions piling up with no designated strategist in the room. That’s where things break - and where I knew I could make the biggest difference.

So I designed RLK to strip out the noise: no bloated teams, no endless decks, no “junior staff learning on your dime.” Just me - deeply engaged, fast-moving, and invested in your outcome.
