Scoping and pricing

Priced in the open, scoped to fit.

Most of what makes consulting frustrating happens before the work starts: the hidden pricing and the weeks of proposal back-and-forth. I run it the other way.

The price is on the page.

You should not need a sales call to learn what something costs. Every engagement here shows its fee, or where the fee starts, before you ever contact me.

You pay for the work itself.

You are not funding a downtown office or a tower of associates. The person you pay is the person who reads your numbers and does the work.

Scope is set once, then it holds.

Fixed-scope sprints start at a set price because the deliverable is the same every time. A larger or more complex business can move the number, and we agree it in writing before either of us commits. I work within your procurement process, and the figure does not drift after you sign.

I will tell you when it is not worth it.

Every engagement opens with a free scoping call. If the work will not pay for itself, you will hear that from me on the call. I keep no retainer to protect, so I can be honest about what you need and finished when the work is done.

Fortune 500 rigor, priced in the open, and delivered by the person you actually hired.

Not sure which one fits?

Reply with two sentences about your business.

I read every reply and answer it personally, with no agenda and nothing to sell you. If none of the engagements fit, I will say so.
